Option 2: Individual examination of your damaged JPG files
- We check if the recovery of your corrupt photo files is possible.
- If neccessary, you can send your data carrier (e.g. a SD card, a CD or a DVD) directly to us per post.
- If the recovery of your broken photo files is possible, we send the restored photo files to you (with a copyright-label), so you can decide, whether you really want the JPG files to be recovered or not.
- Finally, if you want the images to be recovered, you can select some or all photo files for recovery.
Checking corrupt images and data carriers is for your information only and without responsibility. In addition, first you can see whether and how your images can be repaired and after that you can decide whether you want them to be restored. We are sure that you can only profit with this service.
As you can see, it is important for us to be fair with our customers. We do not require a high payment for image recover software in advance, before our customers find out if their images can be recovered at all.
Analyzing damaged photo files
We offer the possibility of analyzing corrupt photo files by our expert staff. If you want that your damaged JPG files get examined, please visit Restore photos. Our staff will analyse the sample JPG files and will inform you about the results as soon as possible.
Please note, that there are better chances of success in repairing JPG files in the case that we get from you the original memory card (i.e. the memory card on which the failure first appeared). When you send us images copied from the original data carrier, you send us the 'failure with these files'. If we get the original data carrier (e.g. a SD card), we can better analyse the images with our special tools.
