Corrupt or deleted Memory Cards

Although present on the memory card, sometimes JPG files cannot be viewed with any software because the data carrier is broken or you have deleted the photo files by mistake. Fortunately, if you can´t see the JPG files, this does not mean that they aren´t anymore stored on the memory card! With JPEG experts' knowledge and accumulating years of our experience in JPG restoring, a recovery could be possible. Please don´t write new data on your memory card or use it in any other way if you want to examine the memory card with us.

Option 1 A: Sending in the memory card by post

Please add a self addressed, prepaid envelope, so we can send back the memory card. Please send in the card good fixed and padded and don´t forget to write down your e-mail address, so we can contact you after the examination of the card.

Option 1 B: Examining your memory card with our Upload-Server

If your card is not corrupt too much, you also can perform a free of cost checking of your deleted or corrupt JPEG memory card (such as SD-Card, CompactFlash-Card, Sony MemoryStick, XD-Card etc) with VG JPEG-Repair Online. Once downloaded the software you can transmit the card data to our VG Recovery-Server. On the server a deep photo checking is performed. After this checking you can view the restored JPG files and select the images you want to be recovered.
